Main purpose of the role :

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from Asset Management Lawyers who are keen to support our client, a global investment management firm.This is a full time role covering a parental leave for 6 months, and based in the London office 3-4 days per week.The consultant will have a focus on a mix of IMA work and implementing new products and ideas across the global business.

Person specification :

You are a qualified lawyer with asset management and investment funds experience.

You have experience drafting Investment Management Agreements.

You have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to understand the perspective of clients.

You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.

You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.

You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
