Planner / Scheduler

Planner / Scheduler - I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Planner / Scheduler to join one of the leading boiler manufacturers in the UK, joining a business-critical, efficient team based out of their head offices in Warwick, Warwickshire.

Your duties will include : -

• Scheduling and planning gas engineers work on a daily basis, maximising efficiency and minimising travel time between jobs
• Ordering parts from internal and external warehouses
• Working closely with Field Managers to ensure engineers workload is efficient and accurate to improve first time fix %
• Communicating regularly with both engineers and customers

The starting basic salary for the Planner / Scheduler is £29,500 based on a 40 hour working week with rotating shifts as follows : -

Week 1 Mon-Fri, 07 : 30-16 : 30

Week 2 Mon-Fri, 08 : 00-17 : 00

Week 3 Mon-Fri, 09 : 00-18 : 00

Week 4 Mon-Fri, 10 : 00-19 : 00

This will include working 1 in 3 Saturdays from Saturdays 08 : 30-14 : 00, on weeks working Saturdays, shifts will be adjusted to meet 40 hours total.

You must have previous experience working as a Planner / Scheduler in a similar sector / environment, any experience using Service Power software is advantageous but not essential. If you're a Planner / Scheduler looking for a new permanent opportunity to start ASAP, please get in touch.
