Job descriptionDevelop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple infrastructure categories. Strategically position inventory to meet future operational needs. Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) for engineering components. Analyse inventory trends and performance using Power BI and other tools. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives. Lead production meetings with internal stakeholders to monitor execution. Publish production planning reports and insights. Conduct deep-dive analytic to ensure supply continuity and identify optimisation opportunities. Apply manufacturing best practices to supplier engagement and inventory control. Proficient in SQL (query writing, joins, performance optimisation). Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, semantic models, dashboard design). Skilled in Python for data transformation and analytics. Solid understanding of data modelling and relational databases. Experience with ETL pipelines and large datasets (e.g., Lakehouse, Data Factory). Ability to design scalable reporting solutions for various audiences. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. 5+ years in supply chain management (essential). Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (essential). Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (essential). Strong analytical skills in forecasting and inventory management. Experience working in infrastructure or data centre environments (desirable). Comfortable navigating complex organisational structures. Adaptable to shifting business priorities and ambiguous situations.
