Were currently recruiting for a driven and capable M&E Service Manager to lead a dedicated on-site facilities team for a large and complex public sector estate in Brighton.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across all Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric disciplines. Youll play a key role in maintaining site compliance, improving operational performance, and ensuring value through effective management of sub-contractors and internal resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the cost-effective delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance services

Manage the on-site engineering team and all sub-contracted labour

Maintain compliance systems and ensure all statutory documentation is up to date

Coordinate specialist service providers and manage associated registers (asset, insurance, inspection)

Use systems such as CAFM (Maximo) and BMS to manage scheduling and resource allocation

Lead the development and review of PPM schedules to optimise asset performance
