Claims Adjuster

Role : Claims Adjuster – US Casualty

Core Purpose : Handle US Casualty claims within authority; support Senior Adjusters; ensure compliance with standards; contribute to a high-performing claims team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage claims of varying complexity within authority and in line with company philosophy / procedures.
• Adhere to internal / external claims standards, SLAs, and update systems (ECF, DOCOsoft).
• Keep underwriters and internal stakeholders informed of key claims developments.
• Build / maintain positive relationships with clients, brokers, and third parties.
• Share updates and insights with the Claims team; support on projects and ad hoc tasks.
