An innovative company in the green energy sector is seeking a Head of Operations to lead Quality and Manufacturing. This role is key to driving new product introductions, scaling production , and embedding a culture of continuous improvement . Managing a team of 14, you’ll ensure operational excellence, product quality, and compliance to support ambitious growth plans.

Head of Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality & Manufacturing teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational performance.
• Own the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO9000 compliance, audits, and inspection processes.
• Oversee machine build, testing, calibration, and production planning.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and suppliers to deliver NPIs and ramp up production.
• Manage MRP / ERP systems for inventory, planning, and efficiency.
