Our client, a forward-thinking local authority, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Housing Improvement, Regulation, and Performance. This is a temporary contract with a competitive daily rate ranging from £650 to £750 per day Umbrella, offering an exciting opportunity to lead transformative initiatives for a period of 6 - 12 months.

Key Responsibilities :

As the Head of Housing Improvement, Regulation, and Performance, you will :

Lead the Charge : Develop and implement strategic improvement programmes that enhance housing services and elevate tenant satisfaction.

Ensure Compliance : Oversee regulatory compliance by conducting thorough testing and audits to meet statutory obligations.

Data-Driven Decisions : analyse performance data to provide insights and inform decision-making processes.

Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with senior leaders, teams, and residents to align goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Drive High Standards : Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient housing services that meet the diverse needs of tenants. What We're Looking For :
