Block Manager

Job Description

We're working with a respected residential property management company who are looking for an experienced Block Manager to join their team.

You'll oversee a portfolio of around 30 developments (c.1,500 units) across Surrey and Oxfordshire, acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, clients and residents. This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver a professional block management service while being supported in your ongoing professional development.

What you'll be doing :

• Managing a mixed residential portfolio across Surrey & Oxfordshire
• Handling all aspects of block management, including service charge budgets
• Building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents and clients
• Working with property management software to keep everything running smoothly
• Attending site visits and meetings as needed
