The Role

Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.

Attending site visits and residents' meetings as required.

Overseeing budgets, service charge expenditure, and maintenance programmes.

Coordinating contractors and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of works.

Handling leaseholder and client queries promptly and professionally.

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.

The Person

Previous experience in residential block management is essential.

Strong understanding of service charge budgeting and lease obligations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
