Your Mission :

• Create and optimise onboarding processes for new adviser firms.
• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Implementation Executives.
• Oversee firm migrations, system setups (CRM, portals, reporting), and adoption of AI-supported advice tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth integrations.
• Continuously improve processes based on feedback and results.
