The position will suit a restaurant senior sous chef from busy leading kitchens cooking seasonal British food to a minimum of 2AA rosette standards.
The Role
Assist in all culinary operations alongside the Hotel Executive and Head chef and management team, including the restaurants, bar snacks and room service. (No Events)
Deliver high-quality seasonal British cuisine.
Ensure consistency and excellence across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Assist developing menus, food specs and photos, enhance the food presentation, and bring a fresh, creative approach to the kitchen.
Maintain the hotels standard, ensuring the highest level of quality and service.
