About you :

• An ambitious Senior Sous Chef with at least 2 years experience cooking to a quality standard at 2 Rosette Level.
• Confident to manage the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
• Work with the Head Chef to create new initiatives for driving food sales and achieving GP targets
• Experience of working in a professional kitchen and able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Health and Safety.
• Good communication skills.
• A team player whos willing to work hard and help motivate your team to get the best results.
