As proud partners with SGN, we are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join us.

As a accomplished Supervisor who thrives on change and embraces challenges including Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Fleet, Operational Delivery, and Customer Experience, your primary focus will be on managing people and performance, and we anticipate that you'll be eager to identify areas for improvement in work practices and service performance once you've settled into the role.

Here is a snapshot of some of the activities you will be involved with…

• Inspiring and leading operational teams to prioritize safety in all activities.
• Ensuring that teams receive adequate training to meet competency and compliance standards.
• Promoting a culture of "right first time" to reduce customer complaints.
• Proactively managing future works and programs to minimize disruptions and preventable mistakes.
• Reviewing and approving contractor method statements and risk assessments.
• Conducting regular safety audits to identify hazards and implement necessary controls.
• Managing vehicles and drivers to adhere to driving standards policies and the highway code.
