Salary :   £90 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic  Cover Supervisor  to join a mainstream secondary school in  Fareham . Ideal for students seeking to gain experience in a professional educational environment, as well as for experienced teachers looking for a relaxed and flexible work-life balance.

In this role of  Cover Supervisor , you will ensure continuity of learning when teachers are absent and provide support across a variety of subjects and classes and support students’ education on an ad-hoc basis.

Responsibilities of a CS :

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and on task during lessons.
• Implementing the planned learning activities and maintaining classroom routines.
• Supporting students with additional needs when required.
• Maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
