Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operating Model Transformation Subject Matter Expert to lead and manage large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management , organization design , and performance management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving successful IT operating model transformations and optimizing organizational performance.

• Design future-state organizational structures that support new IT operating model objectives and business requirements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive organization design strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support sales cycle to prepare proposals, estimates and consulting engagement plan.
• Analyze current role definitions, responsibilities, and competency requirements across IT functions.
• Oversee performance management initiatives to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps for organizational structure changes.
• Create transition plans that minimize business disruption while achieving transformation objectives.
