Role Requirements : Lead the development and delivery of cyber strategy and transformation initiatives as a Strategy and Transformation Specialist.

Engage senior stakeholders and translate cyber risk into pragmatic business solutions.

Design governance and operational frameworks supporting regulatory compliance and cyber maturity.

Collaborate with diverse teams to manage cyber risk and support transformation programmes.

Manage programmes that align cyber initiatives with broader business goals and digital transformation.

Skills & Experience : Solid experience in cyber strategy, risk, maturity, transformation, and knowledge of standards such as NIST, ISO27001, GDPR, and NIS2 expected of a Strategy and Transformation Specialist.

Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, M.Inst.ISP, or MSc-level education in cyber security or related fields.

Demonstrated ability to lead cyber transformation projects within large or complex organisations.

Strong communication skills to convey cyber risks and strategies effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

Experience managing delivery teams and projects using agile or waterfall methodologies.
