Role and responsibilities
- Owner of business unit, c. 40% total company sales and direct team of 9 people and cross functional matrix of 12 people
- Leads the strategy and vision for channel and defined customer portfolio (where to play & how to win) ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives
- Responsible for accelerating our growth across Wholesale / Convenience, Foodservice and QSR channels
- Responsible for financial contribution from Litres / Net Revenue to Margin in channel
- Delivers key Sales Process KPIs to ensure we deliver operational and financial efficiency
- Drive commercial impact and brand growth – flawless execution and ensuring TBG remains a compelling choice at the point of purchase
- Develops future talent and capabilities - Creates a high performing, transparent and supportive culture where individuals & teams can thrive, develop and grow
- Cross functional leadership and collaboration to ensure all full alignment and engagement built on trust & purpose; responsible for Impulse Account Planning process - developing strong commercial plans to deliver financial targets and external metrics
- Raising the profile of TBG and being a voice for the category
