Employment Solicitor (2-7 PQE)

We’re working with a top-tier law firm that’s looking to add Employment Lawyers (2–7 years’ PQE) to their team across several UK cities, including Birmingham, Leeds, London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Glasgow . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a group that’s known for handling high-profile clients and a real mix of interesting, often international, employment law work.

You’ll be advising on everything from complex tribunal claims and senior exec issues to cross-border projects, restructures, and even some M&A and outsourcing matters. If you’re commercially minded, technically strong, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, ambitious team, you’ll fit right in. Experience with high-value litigation or global mobility work is a bonus, but not essential.
