Employment Solictor (Education) - 5+ PQE

A leading full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its nationally recognised Education & Charities team. The role is ideally based in Cheltenham, Worcester, Birmingham, or London, though occasional travel to Cheltenham will be required.

The team advises over 400 educational institutions and is deeply embedded in the sector, offering high-quality, pragmatic legal support on employment matters affecting schools and colleges.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years PQE and a strong background in employment law, ideally with experience in the education sector. You’ll be commercially minded, collaborative, and confident in managing client relationships. Strong drafting skills, a proactive approach to business development, and a genuine interest in education law are essential.
