The Work

The role offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters, with a balance of contentious and non-contentious work. Typical mandates include :

Day-to-day advisory support to major corporate clients

Employment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including TUPE, outsourcing and business transfers
