Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Finance Control & Governance Specialist, this exciting new opportunity has arisen for a graduate to join a growing team and play a key part in developing and maintaining the company’s financial controls and governance framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Responsibilities
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following :
Qualifications and Experience
Education – Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Microsoft Office - Skills to an advanced level, particularly Excel
This is an opportunity for a proactive, self-motivated finance graduate looking for a role where they can learn, train and start their career in an organisation offering full support and career development opportunities. You will need to be able to influence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicate effectively across all mediums, demonstrate your excellent planning and organisational skills and able to identify problems and seek out solutions. Self motivation and a driven individual who works well in a team but can use their initiative and resourcefulness are also important. Attention to detail is essential, as well as analytical, investigative and logical reasoning skills.
