Job descriptionAssisting with the day-to-day management of the Finance team (payables, receivables, settlements). Overseeing purchase ledger processes payments, invoice coding, reconciliations, and ensuring supplier terms are met. Providing support with international payments . Reviewing daily withdrawal reports and liaising with senior leadership where needed. Managing sales ledger / receivables customer receipts, refunds, escalated complaints. Approving company settlements in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role
Were looking for a Deputy Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance and oversee a busy team covering purchase ledger, sales ledger, and settlements. This role would suit someone currently working as an Assistant Finance Manager, Finance Supervisor, or Accounts Team Leader whos ready to step up into a broader leadership position.
Youll have the chance to get involved in management accounts, reconciliations, VAT, payroll journals, and reporting , while also helping to shape and guide the wider finance team.
