Reports to Financial Controller

The Accounts Assistant will provide excellent support to the Financial Controller helping to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.

A very varied and busy role across the sales and purchase ledger; working with spreadsheets to manage and organise the data.

The role requires a confident self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who can work effectively across all areas of the business, including with customers and suppliers.

This role requires a high attention to detail, accompanied by the ability to multi-task and manage day to day workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Ledger

Processing purchase invoices and querying any discrepancies both internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner

Reconcile supplier statements to accounts system
