About EVH

EVH Supporting Social Employers (EVH) is an Employers Federation founded in 1978 and governed by a dedicated voluntary board. We provide bespoke HR, Recruitment and Events services to our members, through our dedicated team. Initially rooted in social housing organisations, EVH has since expanded its support to not-for-profit organisations across Scotland. Today we support governing bodies and managers in more than 135 employer members, who employ over 5000 staff between them.

You will join our HR Support Team who aim to make policy, terms & conditions and employment law easy to understand for our members. We provide a personalised, confidential and solution-based approach, taking account of best practice, legislation and the potential risk involved.

Your new role

As part of the HR Support Team you will provide a comprehensive and reliable support function to EVH member organisations seeking advice and support on a wide range of employment and people matters.
