Customer Service Advisors

We're currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team at Peterlee.

Are you working evenings and / or weekends? Stuck on a salary that doesn't go anywhere? Receiving standard benefits? Nothing about Copart is standard. We offer 8am - 5pm working Monday to Friday, starting salary at £26,208 and based on performance, this can increase to £28,208.

As a Customer Service Advisor will be first point of contact to our customers in a busy, high volume and performance driven contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A clear and professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
