An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established and forward-thinking organisation in Toddington, Gloucestershire. This is a key role within the business, combining the management of existing accounts with the drive to develop new opportunities and deliver sustained growth.

As Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for the full sales cycle, from building and maintaining strong customer relationships to identifying and securing new business opportunities. The position offers a balance of office-based account management and customer visits on the road, providing both variety and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximise revenue.

Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities.

Coordinate orders and ensure customer requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Investigate and resolve customer issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve overall business objectives.

Proven track record in sales, with strong business development skills.

Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.

Proactive, driven, and able to work independently.

Flexible approach, confident both in the office and face-to-face with clients.
