Zenith People are looking to recruit a Admin Support Officer in the Durham role on a temp basis. To work as part of a team in Executive Support to provide effective and responsive support in relation to standard councillor enquiries. This involves using the Council’s customer relationship management database (CRM) to monitor and check progress on standard councillor enquiries and provide timely updates and quality responses on progress of these enquiries into the system.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for contributing to the efficient and effective provision of administrative support in connection with Member service request digital enquiries process.
2. Responsible for monitoring, checking progress and updating standard councillor enquiries in line with agreed timescales and standards.
3. Proactively chase responses to councillor enquiries which are becoming due with key service contacts, dependant on type of enquiry.
4. Input qualitative and meaningful updates and responses into the CRM to enable councillors to understand progress on their enquiries.
5. Using the CRM system assist in the daily allocation of notifications to proactively ensure timescales for updates on all standard councillor enquiries are met
