About the role – Behaviour Support Assistant
I am working with this mainstream secondary school in Tower Hamlets who are currently looking for a behaviour support assistant to join them ASAP. The successful behaviour support assistant will be responsible for recording behaviour incidents whilst also taking direction from senior managers and pastoral managers - carrying out fact finding investigations. When required the behaviour support assistant will contact parents to pass on information and arrange meetings to maintain a safe and orderly working environment. The successful candidate must be committed to safeguarding while contributing to the maintenance of a caring and stimulating environment for young people.
