Behaviour Support Specialist - Tower Hamlets

Location : Tower Hamlets

Pay : From £100 per day (PAYE)

Start Date : Immediate and September 2025 starts available

Focus Areas : Behaviour Support | SEN | Intervention | Teacher Training Pathway

Responsibilities

• Work with Targeted Pupils - Support students with behavioural needs on a 1 : 1 and small group basis
• Structured Support - Work within a strong, experienced inclusion and pastoral team
• Build trusting relationships with students who need consistency and understanding
• Support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs
• Learn from SENCOs, pastoral leads, and behaviour specialists
