Internal vacancy

In line with our values and our commitment to supporting the development and progression of our people, this opportunity is currently only available to RNLI staff and volunteers. If we are unable to make an appointment through this process, we will consider opening the role to external applicants. #LI-DNI

An exciting opportunity has become available within the RNLI's new Prevention Marketing Team, part of the Brand and New Audiences team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Prevention), you'll help deliver marketing activity that encourages safer behaviour around the water and supports the RNLI's goal of saving lives through prevention.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help grow the impact of our prevention marketing programmes, including Float to Live, our flagship drowning prevention campaign. Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing and Media (FMM), Water Safety, regional teams and external partners, you'll develop and deliver campaigns that reach those most at risk with life-saving water safety messages.

You'll have experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, using audience insight to shape activity and measure success. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships across the organisation and help ensure prevention activity delivers impact.

Working with internal specialists and external agencies, you'll take campaigns from brief through to evaluation, ensuring they remain insight-led, audience-focused and effective.

We're looking for someone with strong marketing and project management skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for driving positive behaviour change. Experience in prevention, public safety, behaviour change or other purpose-led marketing would be an advantage.

This is a chance to help more people understand and adopt life-saving water safety behaviours through impactful prevention marketing.
