Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established law firm in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a busy and supportive team, managing a varied caseload of family law matters while developing their career.\n

Job Title: Family Law Solicitor\n
Location: Liverpool – Hybrid Working\n
Salary: Starting from £40,000 per annum, depending on experience\n
\n
Key responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor\n
\n

\n
• Provide legal advice and representation on a range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial settlements and domestic abuse.
\n
• Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
\n
• Handle divorce proceedings, including preparing applications, responding to petitions and guiding clients through the legal process.
\n
• Draft court applications, witness statements, consent orders, settlement proposals and other relevant legal documentation.
\n
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings where required.
\n
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, sensitive and practical legal advice throughout proceedings.
\n
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure cases are managed efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service.
\n

About you as a Family Law Solicitor\n
\n

\n
• You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Family Law.
\n
• You will have experience managing your own caseload of family law matters.
\n
• You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong legal drafting and negotiation abilities.
\n
• You will be confident dealing with sensitive and often complex family situations in a professional and empathetic manner.
\n
• You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
\n
• You will be committed to delivering excellent client care and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
\n
