Concierge

Apricus Resourcing are working with a Social Housing provider in relation to a Night Concierge Role with roles covering Congleton & Macclesfield. Within your role you will provide a point of contact overnight and an on-site presence out of hours in their supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building tenants, residents and service users. Key Duties for the role: * To be responsible for safeguarding service users out of hours through awareness of escalation of concern process, reporting concerns to relevant agencies * To promote compliance and adherence with license agreement and Behaviour Management policy * To be first contact for service users out of hours to signpost to appropriate support and act to manage or de-escalate incidents in a person-centred way to meet the needs of and ensure safety of individuals within the service in line with the Associations values. * To act as first point of contact for the on-call system ensuring clear and concise information is recorded and reported to the on-call manager or on-call cover for the service, or emergency services (where appropriate) in accordance with policies * To carry out light cleaning duties in the absence of cleaning staff to maintain the cleanliness In order to be considered for the role you will need good communication skills to be able to respond to staff and Tenants, Residents and Service Users in a professional & respon...
