TeamJobs are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join a business in Poole. This role focuses on looking after existing customers, managing enquiries and coordinating solutions across the business.
You'll work within a collaborative team of two Account Managers and one Customer Success Manager, with experienced colleagues providing product knowledge and support.
What you'll be doing:
Managing customer enquiries by email and telephone.
Preparing quotations and checking pricing, stock availability and delivery information.
Coordinating customer requests with internal departments.
Resolving issues proactively, exploring alternatives when products are unavailable or delayed.
Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems.
Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Managing competing priorities and following enquiries through to resolution.
What we're looking for:
Experience in customer account support, sales administration, customer service or coordination.
Strong organisation and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
Confidence using IT systems and finding information from different sources.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of customer queries.
Clear communication, resilience and a collaborative attitude.
Commercial awareness and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Experience within manufacturing, distribution or a product-based business would be useful. Product knowledge isn't essential, as support will be provided.
What's on offer:
£30,000-£31,000 basic salary.
Eligibility for the company bonus scheme.
