Individual Needs Assistant (INA) – Uckfield Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-Time | Short-Term Duration: 3 weeks Working Pattern: Monday – Friday Pay Rate: £85 – £105 per day, depending on experience About the Role Supply Desk is looking for a calm, confident and adaptable Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to support a Year 4 pupil in a primary school in Uckfield. The pupil has PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) and ADHD, and the role will involve providing consistent 1:1 support to help them manage their emotions, access learning and successfully navigate the school day. This is a role for someone who is confident managing challenging behaviour and understands the importance of building trust, maintaining clear boundaries and using a calm, consistent approach.
