Customer Support Administrator

Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday 8am 4.30pm

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Administrator to join a busy and supportive customer services team based in Poole.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience while supporting engineers and internal teams to provide efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately

Make outbound calls to customers as required

Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating where necessary

Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system

Respond to requests for information in a professional and timely manner

Support Field Service Engineers with scheduling and customer communications

Prepare quotations and process customer orders

Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Undertake additional administrative duties to support the wider team and business

The successful candidate will possess;

At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer support role

Previous experience supporting customers via telephone and email

A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A positive, resilient and solution-focused approach

Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
