Job description
Your future, as a Practice Manager at mydentist Your future, your schedule Youll be joining us at our North Parade practice in central Aberystwyth.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week.

- simple and easy to access making it possible to save hundreds of pounds a year Recognition schemes including Dental Heroes and service awards Your future, your role As a Practice Manager, youll be: Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions You will enjoy being part of a team thats passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile. xwwtmva
