Live-In Support Worker – Wales
Are you looking for a meaningful role where your care truly changes someone’s life?
Would you value a work pattern that gives you 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, so you can balance work with your personal life?
Do you want to provide dedicated, one-to-one support in a client’s own home—building trust, independence, and confidence every day?
When you'll be working:
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
What you'll be doing:
In this rewarding role, you’ll live in a client’s home during your assignment, providing personalised, one-to-one support.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll play a vital role in helping someone live as independently and fully as possible.
