Job description
Location: Primark Folkestone Salary: £13.43 per hour Employment Type: Permanent Job Type: Part time Contracted hours: 08 per week Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview. This is what you can expect to be responsible for, day-to-day. * Delivering the P&C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and diplomacy with all Colleagues. * A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&C including - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being. * Supporting the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store. * Reporting on P&C activities and keeping our KPIs on track.
