They are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee key existing business, enhance the customer experience and maximise profitability. You will be responsible for continuing to improve a solid revenue stream, providing first-class best-value entertainment and making a real difference in this venue. This is an exciting role where you get to have a lot of autonomy in marketing, offers and competitions which you will run. You will need to bring your leadership skills and commercial awareness to manage the business as if it were your own – your aim will be to make your venue the best in town, for customers to visit and for your colleagues to work in.

Being a hands-on managerial role covering all day-to-day operations, responsibilities will include customer relations, financial administration, recruitment, training and management of team members, setting high standards and targets, and looking to challenge the local marketplace to ensure your venue is the top choice for gaming entertainment.

Key Skills & Experience:
\n
\n - 18 years or over (due to gambling legislation)
\n - Experience of managing and leading a team
\n - Background in retail, hospitality or gaming
\n - Good working knowledge of collection procedures
\n - Comfortable with handling cash
\n - Confident in promoting products and services as part of continual improvement
\n - Able to resolve any challenging issues that may arise day-to-day in a customer centric environment
\n - Confident and experienced in resolving employee relations matters
\n - Able to speak and write fluent English, be computer literate (Word, Excel) and display a good standard of mathematics
\n - Excellent all-round communication skills
\n - Very customer focussed, reliable, trustworthy, energetic and a multitasker
\n - Having the drive and ambition to succeed and meet targets
\n - Ability to work calmly, methodically, professionally and without supervision under pressure.
