Recruitment Consultant – Property Sector (Fully Remote | Commission Only)

About the RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on sourcing top talent and placing them into leading roles across the residential and commercial property sectors. This is a 360-recruitment role , giving you full control over your desk—from business development to candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage client relationships within the property sector
Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates into property roles
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Use LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools to build a strong candidate pipeline
Work towards and exceed placement and revenue targets
100% remote working – no commuting, no dress code, just results
Uncapped commission – the more you bill, the more you earn
Supportive team culture and access to industry tools
Proven experience in recruitment or strong sales background
Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the property sector is a big plus (but not essential)
Must be UK-based with the right to work
