Responsibilities * Leading all HR operations and project delivery at our West Midlands Production Facility * Providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders and line managers on complex employee relations and organisational challenges * Supporting and mentoring the on‑site HR Advisor to ensure consistent HR service delivery * Building and maintaining constructive relationships with trade union representatives * Balancing strategic initiatives with hands‑on problem solving in a fast‑paced environment This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and provides hybrid working arrangements. Essential Experience * Leading HR conversations across diverse, complex organisations and delivering full‑spectrum Business Partnering * Driving change and challenging the status quo within a business context * Demonstrating success in Employee and Industrial Relations * Applying technical HR expertise in areas such as reorganisation, redundancy, TUPE, bid support and mobilisation * Navigating employment law and managing change in unionised environments Qualifications * There are no essential qualifications required for this role. However, relevant HR certifications or CIPD membership would be advantageous.
