Experienced End of Tenancy (EOT) Cleaners

We're recruiting experienced EOT cleaners to complete professional end-of-tenancy cleans for residential properties in your area.

Successful applicants will be organised, dependable, and committed to delivering consistently high cleaning standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed end-of-tenancy cleaning in vacant residential properties

• Remove grease, limescale, and built-up dirt from kitchens and bathrooms

• Clean cupboards, appliances, wardrobes, and all internal surfaces

• Wipe down windows, doors, frames, light switches, and skirting boards

• Ensure each property meets the required move-in standard

What You Can Expect

• Flexible part-time opportunities

• Local assignments offered regularly

• Most cleaning jobs last between 4 and 8 hours

• Monday to Friday work, with additional weekend availability

• Full assignment details before each booking

Rates & Perks

• £15 per hour

• £18 per completed clean for using your own equipment and supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered where applicable

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience completing end-of-tenancy cleans

• Able to work independently

• Excellent attention to detail

• Own equipment and cleaning products

• Own reliable transport

• Great communication skills

• Punctual, trustworthy, and professional
