We’re working with an established manufacturing business based in Aberystwyth, operating within a technology‑led, high‑value engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Lead to take full responsibility for their Manufacturing function.
This is a senior leadership role with accountability for both the strategic direction and day‑to‑day performance of manufacturing, working closely with cross‑functional teams to support current operations and future growth.
You will be responsible for developing manufacturing people, processes and strategy to deliver high‑quality, technically complex products. The role combines leadership, operational excellence and collaboration, ensuring manufacturing supports business objectives while embedding a strong continuous‑improvement culture.
