What youll be doing as an Account Manager

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts across multiple industries, overseeing their operational and financial performance in line with client specifications, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously review tailored waste and recycling strategies aligned with client environmental and sustainability targets.
• Lead stakeholder engagement campaigns that promote Grundons services and support client sustainability goals.
