The role
You’ll support a small caseload of clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities, helping them back into work. This is a government-funded programme, which means it’s a cost-free service for employers. Your role is to use your relationship-building skills to :
Engage with local businesses and create job opportunities for clients.
Work with community partners such as the NHS and charities to ensure people get the right support on their journey.
Coach and motivate clients through job search, interviews, and into sustainable work.
You will work accross 2 - 4 community locations in the borough you work in. So you could b hot desking in an NHS Trust, cafe, Library or Community Centre. So you will be great at managing your diary / week around where you meet your job seekers and employers.
