Job purpose
As Prada Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in all responsibilities related to warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. You ensure correct handling of goods in store, comply with KPIs, guidelines and company procedures for product care. You aim to achieve individual and team targets, acting as a proactive team member to deliver the best service and respond to customer needs for both in-store and ecommerce channels.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
- Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing timing and efficiency
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines
- Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levels
- Prepare the flow of damaged products, not-sellable products (On Hold, Consignment ...), products under repair
- Organize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systems
- Organize the display objects system
- Participate in the correct management of uniforms flow
- Participate in the correct management of the gifts flow
- Ensure correct protection and packaging of products inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments
- Ensure company guidelines are followed in the event of theft, including communication and documentation
- Support prompt investigation in the event of system issues
- Manage the flow of product and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system
- Participate in the organization and execution of physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessories, respecting timing
- Support warehouse activities related to sales
- Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Support the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces
- Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with Visual Merchandising as needed
- Maintain contacts and relationships with providers and keep archives up to date on a monthly basis
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager or Headquarters
