Tennial Personnel are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team based in Ipswich. This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, following a successful 12-week probation period.
The position is full-time, 37 hours per week across 5 days, with Monday, Friday, and Saturday as essential working days, plus two additional weekdays (chosen from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and one weekday off.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors in person, by phone, and via email.
Accurately process and maintain customer records and documentation.
Manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Offer clear and accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
Support departmental operations, including scheduling, administration, and general office tasks.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve service standards and performance targets.
