Salary | £28,000 Basic + Quarterly Bonus.

Hours | Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

We're looking for an experienced Customer Sales Advisor to join our client's friendly team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service and support to their growing client base.

What you'll be doing :

Turning customer enquiries into profitable orders for branded promotional merchandise.

Advising clients on product options and branding methods.

Preparing accurate quotes and visuals.

Processing and managing orders from start to finish using our internal system.

Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure right-first-time delivery.

Following up on website enquiries by phone and email to convert leads.

Staying on top of admin and order updates to keep everything on track.

At least 2 years' office experience in an admin-heavy, customer service-based role.
