Youll work alongside 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers, supporting a high-profile user community, engaging directly with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations.

What Youll Do

Provide 3rd Line support in a secure cloud and network environment.

Use IT Service Management Toolset to manage incidents and requests.

Monitor and triage events using event management tooling.

Escalate and resolve incidents, driving service improvement.
