The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant :

Develop relationships with clients across investment banking, fintech & asset management

Source, interview, and manage high-calibre candidates

Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and close deals

Take ownership of the full 360 recruitment cycle

Whats on offer :

£27K base salary + uncapped commission (£4045K OTE Year 1, £60K+ Year 2)
